Terms of Service

By accessing or using the eventParity platform at eventparity.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

eventParity is an event tracking and data governance platform that helps organisations track, validate, audit, and govern their analytics events. The Service includes event documentation, approval workflows, analytics platform integrations (Google Analytics 4, BigQuery, Google Tag Manager), AI-powered validation, compliance monitoring, and reporting tools.

The Service is not available on a self-serve basis. Accounts are provisioned by eventParity for your organisation after a commercial agreement has been signed. There is no public sign-up and no free trial. To request access, contact our team at hello@eventparity.com.

Once your account has been provisioned, you must keep your account information accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must notify us immediately at support@eventparity.com if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

Access to the Service is provided under a separate written commercial agreement between eventParity and your organisation, scoped to your engagement. That agreement sets out the fees payable, the billing schedule, the term, the deployment model, and the scope of the licence granted.

The fees, currency, and payment method that apply to your organisation are those stated in your commercial agreement. There is no self-serve plan, no online checkout, and no free trial. Where the commercial agreement and these Terms differ on fees, billing, or scope of access, the commercial agreement prevails.

Renewal, cancellation, and notice periods are governed by your commercial agreement. To discuss pricing, request a quote, or vary your engagement, contact us at hello@eventparity.com.

You retain all ownership rights to the data you submit to the Service, including event definitions, parameter configurations, documentation, and workflow data ("Your Data"). We do not claim ownership of Your Data.

You grant eventParity a limited, non-exclusive licence to use Your Data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. You may export or delete Your Data at any time.

The Service allows you to connect third-party analytics platforms (such as Google Analytics 4, BigQuery, and Google Tag Manager) via OAuth. When you connect a third-party service, you authorise eventParity to access the data you specify in accordance with the permissions you grant.

Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. eventParity is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code
  • Resell or redistribute access to the Service without our written consent
  • Use automated means to access the Service beyond the API limits of your plan

The Service, including its design, code, features, documentation, and branding, is the intellectual property of EventParity Ltd. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, eventParity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Termination is governed by your commercial agreement, including any notice periods set out in it. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, subject to the terms of your commercial agreement and to reasonable notice where practicable.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain Your Data for 30 days after termination to allow you to export it, after which it will be deleted.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
