Every deployment has a different regulatory scope, data estate and deployment model. We show the tier shapes here and quote the number on the discovery call.
A ministry department and a continental programme are not the same engagement. We price each one for what it is.
Tiers
Three tiers. One quoted engagement.
Each tier is a different scope of deployment, not a different product. The right tier for your organisation is decided on the discovery call.

Why we do not publish a price
EventParity is the governance layer inside a broader data-maturity engagement. A single ministry department with one regulated workload and a continental programme coordinating several national institutions are not the same deployment, and they should not pay the same amount. The scope of the work and the regulatory surface we need to cover determine the number. That conversation happens on a 30-minute discovery call, before any commitment is made.
What to expect
Three steps from first contact to a number.
No procurement ceremony before we talk. A named eventParity lead, 30 minutes, and the regulation you must answer to.
Step 01
Discovery call
30 minutes under mutual NDA. You tell us the regulation you must answer to, the rough size of your data estate, and whether on-soil hosting matters. We explain exactly how eventParity fits your stack.
Step 02
Scoped proposal
Within ten working days, a written proposal: deployment model, the frameworks we will map first, success criteria for the pilot, and a fixed engagement figure. No vague ballparks.
Step 03
Pilot and conversion
Typically 8 to 12 weeks. At the end of the pilot we deliver the first Evidence Pack. If accepted, it converts into a signed annual contract under your procurement framework.
Ready when you are
The number is at the end of a 30-minute call, not a checkout page.
Bring the regulation you must answer to, and whoever else needs to be in the room. The demo happens on the call.
