Privacy Policy

Last updated: 10 February 2026

Introduction

EventParity Ltd. ("eventParity", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our event tracking and data governance platform at eventparity.com (the "Service").

EventParity Ltd. is registered in England and Wales. Our registered address is in London, United Kingdom. If you have questions about this policy, please contact us at hello@eventparity.com.

Information We Collect

Account Information

The Service is not available on a self-serve basis. Accounts are provisioned by eventParity for your organisation after a commercial agreement has been signed. To set up your account, we collect your name, work email address, job role, and organisation details, either from your organisation as part of onboarding or directly from you. If your organisation chooses to sign in with Google, we receive your basic profile information (name and email) from Google to authenticate you.

Usage Data

We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, events created, and workflow actions taken. This helps us improve the platform and provide better support.

Analytics Platform Data

When you connect third-party analytics platforms (such as Google Analytics 4, BigQuery, or Google Tag Manager), we access the data you authorise through OAuth. We only request read-only access to your analytics data for validation and auditing purposes. We do not modify your analytics configuration.

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment information.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • Process your subscription and billing
  • Send you service-related communications (account updates, security alerts)
  • Validate and audit your analytics event implementations
  • Generate reports and insights about your data governance posture
  • Provide customer support
  • Comply with legal obligations

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which provides enterprise-grade PostgreSQL databases with row-level security (RLS) policies ensuring complete data isolation between organisations. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.

OAuth tokens for connected analytics platforms are stored securely and refreshed automatically. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your credentials.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:

  • Supabase: database hosting, authentication, and serverless functions
  • Google OAuth: authentication and analytics platform access (GA4, BigQuery, GTM)
  • Stripe: payment processing and subscription management
  • Vercel: application hosting and delivery
  • Google Analytics: website usage analytics on our marketing pages

Each of these services has their own privacy policy governing their handling of your data.

Your Rights

Under UK and EU data protection law (UK GDPR and EU GDPR), you have the following rights:

  • Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Rectification: request correction of inaccurate personal data
  • Erasure: request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Data Portability: request your data in a machine-readable format
  • Restriction: request restriction of processing of your personal data
  • Objection: object to processing of your personal data
  • Withdraw Consent: withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at support@eventparity.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes. Audit logs and version history may be retained for up to 2 years for compliance reporting.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences. We also use Google Analytics on our marketing pages to understand how visitors find and use our website. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.

Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
